For multi-families, this home is directly adjacent to Chill Out Cottage, #130. Layout: 3 bedroom, one story home. There is a master bedroom with queen bed and full bath with shower. 2nd bedroom with queen bed. 3rd bedroom with queen bed. Full hall bath with tub/shower. Garage accessible and has ping-pong table. Kitchen is nicely stocked. Back yard is fully fenced and has gas BBQ.

Our Motel is located on a quiet street in Pacific City, walking distance from the river, ocean and beach. Nine cottage style rooms all with TV, fridge, and coffee pot. All non-smoking. Free Wifi.

The Blissful Beach house is a spacious 5 bedroom home in the heart of the action just steps from Cape Kiwanda, Pelican Pub, Doryland Pizza and Moment Surf Shop. The house is open, spacious, well equipped and perfect for a large family rental. The master suite has a large soaking tub with views of Haystack Rock and Cape Kiwanda. You can see the Pub from the dining room table and wander across the street to Stimulus coffee. If you’re looking for a central spot to surf, play on the beach, eat, drink, hike, shop, tidepool then this is it! Then you can return to a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable living room and cozy beds.

Captain Morgan’s Hideaway” is a perfect beach house designed for adventure and family time just a short walk to the beach down a quiet path in Pacific City. Located in the gated community of Kiwanda Shores in Pacific City, it offers  everything you need for fun times at the beach including a ping-pong table, lots of wetsuits, a gas BBQ and bikes! Layout: 1st level has living room, dining area, kitchen, garage access, bedroom with queen bed and full hall bath. Upstairs has bedroom with double bed and twin/twin bunks , loft area with queen murphy bed, full hall bath.

The Captain’s Nest is a classic Pacific City ocean-view home of unique design that is a great home base for your next trip to the beach. Spacious, with a fun layout, this home has amazing ocean views from the deck, and from the upstairs lookout room. There is a also a great game room downstairs with pool and foosball! The beach access is just across the quiet, sandy street.
