Featuring the talents of singers and comedians, it’s the perfect recipe for a fantastic night out. And let’s talk about the star of the show: the food! Catered by the renowned Chef Matt Swain, formerly of Fat Head Barbecue & McMenamins Gearhart, our first event menu will tantalize your taste buds with options of smoked tri-tip, roasted chicken, or grilled portobello. And don’t forget the mouthwatering sides of roasted garlic and herb mashed potatoes, paired with seasonal vegetables from Josi Farm.
