Treasure hunters and bargain shoppers are invited to explore Bay City during its first Community-Wide Garage Sale, taking place Friday, August 21, through Sunday, August 23. The event coincides with the Pearl & Oyster Music Festival, giving visitors even more reasons to spend the weekend enjoying everything Bay City has to offer.
This year’s garage sale features 14 participating households, offering everything from household goods and furniture to collectibles, clothing, tools, toys, and one-of-a-kind finds. With sales spread throughout the city, shoppers can spend the morning hunting for bargains before heading to the festival to enjoy live music, local vendors, food, and community activities.
A map of participating households will be available closer to the sale, and printed maps will be available at Bay City Hall, the festival, and other community locations. A digital version of the map will also be available online and shared through the City’s social media channels.
