Casa Del Mar is a family sized 3 level home within steps of the Tierra del Mar beach. There is a lovely back deck perfect for BBQ and listening to the waves in this peaceful neighborhood. The living room is large and open to the kitchen. Downstairs has a good sized family room for the kids to hang out too! This home has been recently thoughtfully updated and is ready for vacations!

The Dune Grass Cottage is a tasteful, charming, upscale cottage just steps from the beach on a quiet street in Tierra Del Mar. This home has been thoughtfully decorated with beautiful finishes and décor. Feel instantly relaxed with the beachy touches throughout this one level re-modeled beach cottage. There is a fenced back yard and gas BBQ.

The Lazy Dragon is a darling cabin just a short walk to the beach in the quiet neighborhood of Tierra Del Mar. It is a perfect retreat for 2 couples or a small family with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The back yard is inviting and spacious with a small fire pit and gas BBQ. The ocean is easy to get to with access directly down the street. This home has 2 TVs, WIFI and cable and is pet-friendly. There are thoughtful and fun additions throughout the property to make you feel at ease and at home the minute you arrive.

This 1,100-square-foot,vintage cabin sleeps up to six guests. The master suite features a comfortable queen bed with views from the landing and a half-bath en suite. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and another with a handcrafted twin bunk bed. Games are stored in the bunk-room cabinet along with some children’s books. Adults may be interested in the small collection of novels and design books in the main living area cabinet.The main floor has a washer and dryer that make it ultra-convenient to clean up after a day at the beach. Whether a honeymoon, getaway, or week-long holiday – The Lighthouse is a wonderful tranquil place to spend your next getaway.

“Ahoy Matey” is a darling classic beach cabin in Tierra Del Mar with a fenced back yard and fun pirate playhouse. This home is cozy but spacious and is full of interesting decor, games, toys and furnishings. It is a classic family beach cabin that has been cherished and enjoyed over the years, making it the perfect place to relax and create some new great memories. It is safely situated on a quiet, dead-end street, with a quick 1/2 block walk to the beach access. The back yard is fenced and has a super fun and creative pirate ship play area off of the sheltered back deck. There are toys, games, cable TV, WIFI making this a fantastic family choice.

Upstairs has great room with oceanfront dining, living and kitchen. Master bedroom has queen bed and full bath. 2nd bedroom with queen bed . 3rd bedroom with queen bed . Full hall bath. Ocean Annie has been updated throughout the interior with new art and carpet and has been stocked with new games, puzzles and a DVD library of ocean- and beach-themed DVDs. New, colorful cushions on the wrap around dining benches bring additional color to the home and more comfort for sharing a meal with friends and family or putting together a puzzle while watching the waves roll in.
