This quintessential and historic cottage is located at the end of Breakers Avenue in Neskowin Village, along the northern coast of Oregon. It has been renovated with an ideal balance of higher end features & cottage charm. The primary suite was renovated in 2016 and the original cottage structure was renovated in 2020. Fondly known as “The Bath House” among locals, this cottage was originally built in the 1920s as a public bath house for beach goers & was converted to a private residence in the 1940s. It is a cherished piece of history along the Oregon coast, situated very close to Proposal Rock. The floor to ceiling windows in the back look out upon the large yard & deck which features outdoor dining areas, couch & swivel gliders with fire table, outdoor shower, cobblestone paths that wrap around the cottage, a sandy fire-pit, and a cedar picket fence which fully encloses the yard for privacy. Sleeps up to 6 people 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Full kitchen. Roku TV (no cable channels).

The living room has cozy furnishings and a wood stove (wood provided). There is direct access to the oceanfront deck and hot tub. This home is nicely stocked with relaxing books and games. Garage is accessible for parking and storage.
