Welcome to the website of the Pacific City-Nestucca Valley Chamber of Commerce, proudly representing the South Tillamook County communities of Beaver, Blaine, Cloverdale, Hebo, Hemlock, Neskowin, Oretown, Pacific City, Sand Lake, Tierra del Mar and Woods.

The Chamber is an organization of business and professional people and citizens working together to stimulate a prosperous business environment as well as civic, social, cultural and educational aspects for a more vibrant community.

Chamber meetings are held twice a month on the first and third Tuesdays of the month. The first is a business meeting held at the Pelican Pub at Cape Kiwanda. Lunch is available for $7. The agenda includes topics such as upcoming events, economic growth, coastal issues, legislative and political matters, relevant announcements, reports from elected officials, and other business related material. Meetings usually last about an hour.

The second monthly meeting is held on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:30 a.m. This forum style meeting is held at the Hudson House Bed & Breakfast on Hwy 101 in Cloverdale, hosted by Ron and Irma Sroggins. Buffet breakfast is available for $7. This early bird docket always features an informative panel or speaker with question and answer session included in the one hour presentation.

Both monthly meetings are open to all. Contactmanager@pcnvchamber.org for more information or if you would like to be included on the agenda.

Benefits of becoming a Chamber Member:
Chamber Info Mailings:
This year you have an opportunity to put your business brochure into packets sent to everyone who requests information about our area, along with a Chamber brochure and a copy of the most recent Pacific City Sun newspaper. If you would like your brochure to be included you must provide the brochures plus $250 to help pay the costs of postage. We are hoping to send out about 2,000 packets this year as we are planning more advertising that will bring us inquiries from people interested in our area; for example, we were in the color "Brochure Pages" in the Oregonian in March, which so far has given us approximately 250 inquiries to mail information to. You must be a member of the chamber to take advantage of this.

New Business Directory:
One of our high priorities this year is to produce a new Membership Directory; it will be a bit different than we have had previously. In prior years, we have included all businesses in the area, whether or not they were Chamber members. We have had them produced in mass quantities, so new members were not able to be added in a timely manner.

The new format is a pocket-sized spiral bound booklet, containing only businesses and organizations that are members of the Pacific City~Nestucca Valley Chamber of Commerce. Each business or organization member will get one listing in the booklet for free (additional listings are $15.00 each). There will also be pages of coupons in the back of the booklet available for $100 per year. If you want to have a coupon in the booklet, we will put a symbol alongside your listing(s) showing you have a coupon in the back, and we will help you design a coupon to help bring customers to your place of business when they visit. We will also be selling advertising on the back cover of the booklet; the cost will be $500 if someone takes the whole space (approximately 3-3/4" x 5"). The funds from the coupon sales and back cover advertising will go toward the costs of producing the Directory. The Directory will be produced in-house, which will enable us to put new members in periodically.
